Important information regarding the Court Referral Program:
- You must remain drug and alcohol-free at all times
- Continued alcohol and/or drug use will result in your case being returned to court
- At your first Court Referral appointment, you will have an evaluation and drug screen which will take approximately 1 hour
- You will be assigned to color code and all information regarding drug testing will be provided to you
- Please provide verification for all medications you are currently taking
- Upon completion of the evaluation, your Court Referral Officer will recommend the appropriate Court Referral program directed to meet your individual needs and explain all necessary requirements
- Failure to attend scheduled appointments will be subject to your case being returned to court
Drug Testing Verification
- You have been ordered to remain drug and alcohol free for the duration of this program

- Missing a drug screen because you did not check in will not be excused.
- Missing drug screens can result in your case being returned to Court.
