Court Referral Office

 Important information regarding the Court Referral Program:

1. You must remain drug and alcohol-free at all times
2. Continued alcohol and/or drug use will result in your case being returned to court
3. At your first Court Referral appointment, you will have an evaluation and drug screen which will take approximately 1 hour
4. You will be assigned to color code and all information regarding drug testing will be provided to you
5. Please provide verification for all medications you are currently taking
6. Upon completion of the evaluation, your Court Referral Officer will recommend the appropriate Court Referral program directed to meet your individual needs and explain all necessary requirements
7. Failure to attend scheduled appointments will be subject to your case being returned to court
