Love Our Lakes Day
Join us for Love Our Lakes Day, a Lake Cleanup event hosted by the City of Tuscaloosa on Saturday, April 20 from 8 a.m. - 1 p.m. Presented by Russell Marine, this community-driven initiative aims to preserve the pristine beauty of Lake Tuscaloosa.
All volunteers are encouraged to register online here. The first 150 volunteers to arrive will receive a free t-shirt, and breakfast and lunch will be provided to all participants. Volunteers should check in at the Rock Quarry Boat Landing on Lake Tuscaloosa, where the City’s Environmental Services will provide garbage bags and litter pick-up gear. Let's come together as a community to make a positive impact and ensure the health and cleanliness of our beloved lake.
*Volunteers with access to their own boat are encouraged to bring them to assist in cleaning the lake. *
